Two new mailing lists

Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know about the two new email lists we have going on here at Blodgett Street. Both of these are an announcement type of email list which you can subscribe or unsubscribe to at any time you want. Here is the information you'll want to know about each of them.

1) Christian Life Ministry
This email list is a revitalization of something which had died out at Blodgett-our Christian Life Ministry Team. This ministry team basically has the task of helping to mobilize us when it comes to the moral and ethical issues we face everyday in our lives. This mailing list will help be your eyes and ears to know what issues Christians are facing and how we can be involved in them. This mailing list will probably average about one email a week.

2) Youth Parent Newsletter
Raising teenagers is a tough task, and before you ask, no, it's not supposed to be easy. While difficult, I know that sometimes a little encouragement can go a long way. That's what this mailing list is meant to be: a weekly encouragement to you to help you get through your days as a parent. This will be a once a week (sometimes once every two weeks) email which include articles and links to news stories that will interest you as Christian parents of teenagers. There will also be updates on what the youth ministry is doing here at the church, so you may want to subscribe if your teenager doesn't keep you updated with what we are doing. While geared for parents of teenagers, you may still find this helpful even if you have younger children.

You can subscribe to either of these mailing lists by entering in your email address in the forms on the right hand side of the page. When you subscribe, you should immediately get an email asking you to confirm your subscription. If you do not see this email, you may need to check your spam filter. Thanks!
